Shipping

By purchasing through our website, we will proceed to ship your order by certified mail. That should take around 5-15 days for Euope, Sout America & USA destinations. In case we you can not send your order on time, we will contact you.

Although we work very hard for you to receive your order as soon as possible, expressed delivery deadlines are indicative and may not be cause for complaint if we can not meet them.

Sending by registered mail requires hand delivery of the product. In case this cannot be done, the postal service notifies it by notice and the package remains to be picked up at the nearest office for some days. After this period, if you have not picked up your order, the postal service should return it, which may not be cause for complaint. Paying again the shipping, we will send your order again.

Returns

If Ecovela just didn't convinced you...

Ecovela products can be returned without time limit. You just have to notify usvia our contact form or e-mail.
The product must be returned intact and in perfect condition. Sealed products (essential oils, etc.) must be returned intact and unopened. Once returned, we will check the article we will proceed to refund the amount within 7 days.
The costs of the return will be at your charge.

If you received a product in bad condition...

If you receive a defective product, please send an e-mail to info@ecovela.es so we can reimburse your purchase or refund the item for another in perfect condition. In case of a refund for defective product, Ecovela will assume the costs of shipping / return.
